Farewell to Puka is another somber but very accessible accordion piece by Daniel Barski. Here is how he describes the inspiration for this tune:

"I wrote 'Farewell To Puka' a few weeks before our border collie, Puka, died.  She had been a beloved member of our family for seventeen years, and it was difficult to watch her slip away."
