"If Frank's musical picture hasn't been clear to you as of this point, it will be now as his unique harmonic setting provides the backdrop for his melodic venturing.  Easily embracing the gentle written melody on one hand, he shows his visionary concepts on the other - gracefully moving to the ;outside' of the structure for expression.
