NOTE: Original compositions are especially welcome for consideration. However, to avoid any problems with copyrighted materials, we would request that submissions of arrangements and transcriptions be limited to public domain material only. As is indicated on our homepage, we use CODA Music Technology's Finale (98 or 2001) software (for Windows) in creating our engraver's and publisher's quality musical scores. Every care is taken to adhere to every marking and nuance in the score that the composer or arranger wishes. 

The financial terms between the musical creator and JANPress will be finalized in person and essentially each situation will be unique and present its own requirements. However, the general guidelines are such that some music copying fee may be involved (depending on the complexity of the music), as well as a percentage agreement between JANPress and the creator for subsequent sale of the musical compositions and/or arrangements. 

Please do not send original manuscripts to JANPress at any time. Only photocopies of your originals will be accepted. This protects the creator and JANPress so that neither party is liable for permanent loss of submitted work. The procedure for submission then will be:

• Contact us via our e-mail address to indicate your intent to submit your musical creation.
• Wait for a return e-mail from JANPress before proceeding with the rest of these instructions.
• Photocopy each work that you would like to submit.
• Create a cover letter indicating the works you will enclose with your package. The letter should also indicate your complete return address and phone number(s).
• Send the works via the postal system to the following address:
